Do we need skincare?

Yes, skincare is important for maintaining healthy skin. Different products can help protect the skin from sun damage, provide hydration, and reduce inflammation.
A good skincare routine should include cleansing, exfoliating, moisturizing and protecting the skin from the sun.

Cleansing is an important step in a skincare routine because it helps remove dirt, oil and impurities from the skin. There are many different cleansers available on the market. If you have dry or sensitive skin, look for gentle cleansers that don’t contain harsh chemicals or fragrances. Cleansing also helps to get rid of dead cells so your skin looks brighter and more refreshed.

Exfoliation helps to slough away dull surface cells, revealing new healthy ones underneath. Exfoliants come in physical forms such as scrubs or brushes as well as chemical forms like acids which can help dissolve dead cells without irritating the skin. However, it’s important not to over-exfoliate; once or twice a week is usually enough for most people with normal/combination skins types – those with drier complexions may only need to do this every other week instead!

Moisturizers are key for keeping your complexion looking hydrated and youthful by locking in moisture into the top layers of your epidermis layer of your dermis (skin). It’s best to use one designed specifically for face care products as they are formulated differently than body lotions and creams – facial formulas tend to be lighter weight so they don’t clog pores while still providing sufficient hydration throughout the day/nighttime hours! Look at labels carefully: if you have oily or acne-prone skin opt for noncomedogenic (non pore clogging) moisturizers; if you suffer from redness try something that contains calming ingredients such as aloe vera extract etcetera…

Finally SPF protection should never be overlooked when it comes to maintaining healthy long lasting glowy complexion – UV rays penetrate deep within our dermal layers causing premature signs of ageing whilst simultaneously increasing risk factors associated with developing certain types of cancers later down life line road… Always remember sunscreen application should take place before heading outside no matter what season we find ourselves in!
